As construction on the region’s most progressive and technologically advanced ambulatory health care facility moves forward, excitement is building. Despite weather delays, construction remains on schedule for an expected mid-July 2009 completion.

Because St. John’s Clinic-Rolla is one of the first facilities in the nation to be specifically designed to maximize the capabilities of the electronic health record and to facilitate a fully digital, paperless and truly patient-centered environment, the revolutionary design of this new facility is attracting both regional and national attention. At the heart of the decision to embrace this innovative design are the many benefits in efficiency and convenience it will provide our patients. Currently, all St. John’s Clinic offices are working to complete our system-wide conversion to the new Epic Systems electronic health record.
